About Hanko

Hanko is an open-source solution for user sign-in, developed in Germany. At its heart are privacy, economical handling of data and phishing resistance. Covered are passkeys, login via social accounts, two-factor methods and SAML. Hanko can be run yourself, and data can be shifted at any time between Hanko Cloud and your own infrastructure. It is independent of the framework in use and easy to build into existing programs. Development and product teams worldwide use it; intended as a replacement for Okta.
