About Joplin
Joplin is a free, open-source note-taking application that stores notes and tasks in Markdown and syncs them across platforms. The optional end-to-end encryption protects all data even when using third-party synchronization services such as Nextcloud, Dropbox or OneDrive. Joplin is available for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS and offers Web Clipper extensions for popular browsers. The project is developed by an active open source community.
