About openDesk

openDesk is an open-source workplace that the Centre for Digital Sovereignty (ZenDiS) develops on behalf of the German state. It combines Collabora Online (documents), Nextcloud (files), Open-Xchange (mail and calendar), Element (chat), Jitsi (video calls) and OpenProject (tasks) into one platform. Public administration is the main focus, but private individuals can use the community edition as well. openDesk is an alternative to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
