Waterfox

Open-source web browser based on Firefox code from BrowserWorks in London, without telemetry and with a tracker blocker.

About Waterfox

Waterfox is an open-source web browser built on Firefox code and developed by BrowserWorks Ltd, a company based in London. It addresses people who want Firefox compatibility, including extensions, but wish to avoid the data collection of the original. Telemetry, crash reports, remote experiments and sponsored content are switched off when the browser is built, and the project has stated that it will not add features based on language models. An ad and tracker blocker is on by default, and DNS queries are encrypted and sent via an Oblivious HTTP relay. The United Kingdom is not part of the EU.
